My habits 🤗

 Habits define a lot of our personality depending on what happens for example: If you rest little you will wake up with anger or stress or if you ate a lot of junk food you will feel frustrated, tired or even without mood. It is for this reason that it is important to have good habits.



Normally my habits are made up of a variety of good and bad things. Such as :


Good habits 

-I eat vegetables very often

-I exercise every other day 

-I drink a lot of water

-I am responsible

-I am organized

-I am punctual



Bad habits 

-I don't rest early 

-I have a strong character

-I eat a lot of bread

-I spend a lot of time on the phone



Creating good habits was by my own decision since I was in a very unhappy situation and I started to get sick by myself with the food I used to eat and especially not drinking water generated a lot of stress and dryness in my mind something that normally frustrated me since I did whatever I had to do and nothing changed. Being organized was everything since there was another and another list of responsibilities and I organized everything to be able to lead my life more fully and without fuss. Punctuality is a serious issue on my part because if someone is late to some place we meet, I really think he is not that serious with his word if it is an emergency, but otherwiselike I to be punctual and that they are punctual with me.

Not resting early has been one of my biggest flaws so all day I find myself tired and with a bad temper I spend very long times on the cell phone because I want to distract myself but I feel that this no longer works if not that it has hurt me more.currently I am trying to leave the bad habits as they have led me to semtir my life a little heavy because I do not even eat and if it makes me comolicado

It is necessary that we can acquire good habits from childhood so that in the future adults do not suffer for wanting to change their habits. And if from childhood it was not put it is necessary to change. Do you want to try it!
